Mommy Fail

For the first time EVER in my life I was late. At 8:30 I went in our bedroom to wake Lance up for work and it suddenly it dawned on me that Sawyer had a well check visit scheduled for today. I ran into the kitchen to get his appointment card, and sure enough he had an appointment at 8:15. MOMMY FAIL!

So, I called the office and they were so sweet and told me it was fine and we could reschedule. They worked us in at 10:00 with the same doctor, which was wonderful because I'm really not a big fan of the new doctor they hired! And they didn't charge me the 25 dollar missed appointment fee. Praise the Lord!

Sawyer did great. He weighed 33.8 pounds (95%ile) and was 37 inches long (95%ile). He's still at the tippy top of the growth charts. The doctor was very happy with his growth and development. It was a short visit as there were no vaccines or shots to be given and I didn't really have any concerns to talk with Dr. Halm about.

Thankful for a healthy little boy!
