Yesterday Sawyer and I made Lance a Happy Birthday banner. Sawyer colored and put stickers on. It was fun! I usually don't let him use the markers (he uses the color wonder ones) so I think he knew it was something special he was working on!
We hung the banner up so Lance would see it when he got up this morning and then we went and got him some Bojangles for breakfast. We don't really do lots of gifts around here (for me and Lance) so Saturday I'm going to see the Hunger Games with him and check out the new Dilishi in Eden. If you know me, you know that this is special!
I'm so thankful for my hubby...for working so hard to providing for our family, for loving Jesus, for standing up for the truth when it would be easy to just be a people pleaser and say the politically correct things, for being a wonderful leader for our family and our church, for being a fun daddy, for being a good role model for Sawyer....the list goes on and on!
